chocolate mousse

Don’t you love chocolate?
Sam & Sara love eating desert but hate unhealthy food.
That’s why this secretly healthy chocolate mousse is their favorite!
Ask your mum and dad to help you with this easy and yummy recipe.
Prep time: 5 minutes
What do you need:
• 2 large avocados, roughly chopped
• 2 bananas, roughly chopped
• 5 tablespoons coconut oil
• 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
• 4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
• 1 pinch salt
What to do:
• Roughly chop the avocado and banana.
• Place in your mixer/blender.
Add the other ingredients and blend until a smooth puree is formed.
• Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 15 minutes before eating.
Tip: The mousse will keep refrigerated for 3 days
